If you are wanting to fill out your player cards using the computer do the following:

- Download the fillable PDF to your computer.

- Open using ADOBE or online version.

- Type in required info.

-Click on the image part of the card and you should be prompted to upload a file.

- You can then upload from your computer directly onto the card.

- Print the sheet off.
